To make our students more fiber focused and acknowledgement of their skills towards fiber, BUTEX Spinners’ Club organized a quiz competition named “Fiber Competition 2K16” held on 31 August, 2016. For the competition at first we started our online based registration process. Our running students, especially the first year, second year were eligible for the competition.
After finishing the registration process, we arranged our competition on definite day that had been declared before. About 570 students of different department, such as (YE, FE, AE ,WPE ,IPE,TFD etc) took part in the competition. Our respective dean Prof. Dr. Shah Alimuzzaman Belal and Head of the YE dept. Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum along with all the teachers of YE dept. visited the exam center.
On 1st September BUTEX spinners’ Club arranged prize giving ceremony of Fibre Competition 2K16. We awarded first fifteen competitors of the competition with crest and certificate. There FIBRE CHAP, 1st runners up, 2nd runners up. In the program Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum was presented as chief guest. Md Reajul Islam & Md Sarif Ahmed was presented as special guest
