1. Design and implementation of annual plan of the university’s activities for improvement of the overall quality.
  2. Arrange for feedback responses from students and faculty members for quality –related institutional processes.
  3. Development and application of quality bench marks/ parameters of higher education. Retrieval of information on various quality parameters of Higher Education and best practices followed by other Institutions.
  4. Organization of workshops and seminars on quality-related themes and promotion of quality circles and Institutions – wide dissemination of the proceedings of such activities.
  5. Development and Application of innovative practices in various programs/ activities leading to quality enhancement.
  6. Participation in the creation of learner- centric environment conducive for quality education. Work for the development of Internationalization and Internationalization of quality enhancement policies and practices.
  7. Act as nodal Unit of the University for augmenting quality-related activities. Prepare focused annual quality assurance report (AQARs) to be submitted to the Vice Chancellor on the quality. Documentation of the various programs /activities leading to quality improvement.
