The inauguration ceremony Of BUTEX Spinners’ Club was held on 4th May with the presence of honorable Vice Chancellor Professor Md. Mashud Ahmed, Registrar Prof. Md. Monirul Islam, Head of Yarn Engineering Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, invited guests and departmental students and teachers. Md. Lutfullah Khan Muzahedy, plant director Al-Razee Spinning Mills Ltd, Imam Hossain Patwary, director, Bengal NFT Textilex Ltd. and Md. Mahbub Hossain, Executive Director, Youth Spinning Mills Ltd with many other invited guests were also present to enhance the grace of the ceremony. The speakers thrown light on the importance of such a club and its role as co-curricular activity in the campus.
The BUTEX Spinners’ Club also arranged a reception session for the fresh students of Yarn Engineering department of 42nd batch.
